[Sure, he's still got a big smile on his face and probably can't help the stray chuckle, but he'll go up behind Allen and wrap both arms loosely around his neck, leaning over to look at the communicator, then back at Ino to grin at her as well. See? He's totally fine.]
Cass, huh? I think I know her. [There are a couple of Cassandras on the fleet, after all.] Good luck to the both of them!
[... Good luck on the bootycall, IT'S STILL HILARIOUS]
[He rolls his eyes as Clay wraps his arms around him, leaning back a little against him and giving him a better view of the screen.] Arse.
[It's not said with any malice or anger though. Whatever Clay, at least you had a good laugh at all this misery and honestly Allen's just relieved this is almost done with.]
Yeah, Cass is a good person. I'm not sure at all what Alex's type is- but I hope they get along!
[He gives Allen a light, playful kiss on the cheek at that name. Yeah yeah, he's an arse. And he knows it.
And when Ino takes her leave, Clay leans back a bit to wave goodbye to her, totally not picking up that tone of voice of hers. Look, he's. Really, really bad at picking up those kinds of things, okay?]
[UNLIKE CLAY, Allen is totally good at picking up when his bestie is being gross. And it makes him blush again because hey, Ino is not far off the mark]
[...... Ah. Okay. Clay's not that bad at picking up some cues, and that just makes him blush too, though he ends up laughing as well. At least it's not the louder kind he'd been giving off before!]
[Clay's laughter helps him ease up a little at the indignation. He sighs, relaxes his shoulders and lets out a bit of a weak laugh himself. Yeah. This entire night has been insane.]
[He leans down to give Allen a hug around the shoulders, just to get some of the mirth out.
And when he does, he looks down at the communicator to see if he's at a stopping point... then goes ahead and takes it out of his hands to set it aside - slowly, in case he still wants to talk to Alex or not do what he'll suggest or anything.]
[And you know, he'll let him do that without any resistance. He is so done with the communicator for tonight. He'll turn a little in order to get a good look at Clay, his expression half amused]
Truly? Are you suggesting we listen to her and actually make out in my best friend's room?
[Oddly, this tone doesn't sound like he's entirely against the idea like you think it would be.]
[Since there's enough room, he'll move around, keeping a hand on Allen's shoulder, and slide into his lap, straddling both him and the chair. Okay, so he is suggesting that, and he's suggesting it loud and clear.]
You know, unless you want to walk all the way back to the shuttle.
[Yeah there is absolutely no question of what he's suggesting right now. Allen's hand reaches out to his hips, to hold him to make sure he doesn't fall off. This was a little weird, being in Ino's room like this, but...well, it was a long way to the shuttle. And probably late enough in the evening where going anywhere would make it pretty late before they do anything.]
[And you know what? Who cares. Ino gave them permission, and doing was always easier than thinking about how embarrassing and awkward this whole thing was. Allen hated talking about that stuff, but it sure felt good. And honestly, he'd rather not think on what just happened anymore than he had to]
...Not really. [Yeah. He's fine here] Ha- think you can get me to forget the past hour?
[And that's pretty much all the confirmation Clay needs. He keeps his eyes on Allen as he leans back, trusting him to hold him up, takes off his visor, and sets it on the table behind him. It's only get in the way during this, after all.
When he leans back in, he slides both hands through Allen's hair until he reaches the back of his head, pressing a few kisses to his jawline all the while, then lifts his head to murmur:]
You don't have to worry about that. I'll make sure the past hour is nothing but empty space in your head.
[... Of course, he's going to remember the past hour for the rest of his life, because that was the best thing ever, but. That's just him.]
[Sure Clay, go ahead and remember this day for them all. Allen will make a note to never ask if you start snickering at the memories]
[He can feel his chest flutter at each kiss on his jawline. When he's sure Clay is leaning enough against not to fall over, he lets go just so he can pull off the glove on his normal hand and tosses it onto the ground haphazardly. Once that's done, his hands go back to holding onto him.]
[There's a quiet laugh and smile that comes on his face at the space pun. Of course even now Clay would make one. That's just him. It seems to reassure him even more and he'll murmur.]
I really like you.
[He doesn't really think about it when he says it, but he knows it's the truth. But that's all he really says before he moves his gloved hand to the back of Clay's head and pulls him into a kiss]
[Clay would respond, but he's all wrapped up in a kiss before he can get to it. Instead, he lets out a pleased sound in the kiss and gladly returns it, hands sliding over Allen's shoulders and down to his chest, then back up again. He feels his chest flutter, butterflies in his stomach, the fire of something new and amazing yet comfortable.
It's why, when the kiss breaks for a moment to let them catch their breath, Clay lets out a quiet, fond, happy little laugh, forehead against Allen's, and finally responds in kind.]
I really like you, too.
[And after that, he tilts his head to kiss him again, one hand moving up to hold his cheek. Yeah... yeah. He really, really likes this guy.]
[ He can't help but feel elated when Clay returns the sentiment. When their lips meet again, he lets out his own little happy sound and returns the kiss eagerly, feeling a strong sense of warmth and excitement. His hand that was on the back of his neck starts to slide up into his hair. ]
[Clay really liked him too. He hadn't expected that thought to make him feel so happy. Yet here he was, feeling utterly aflutter over it. ]
[ The other hand starts to slowly explore down his hip as the kissing goes on. Down the hip and side of where his thigh starts, then slowly towards the backside to uh...yeah. That may be an attempt to cop a feel. What? He's straddling Allen so it's right there and very fine, okay]
[To be fair, Clay does have a very fine ass, so it's not much of a surprise that someone wants to cop a feel, especially when it's right there. It is, however, a surprise that Allen's doing it, considering everything that happened in the last hour alone.
The contact makes him break the kiss with a gasp, and it takes him a second to comprehend that yes, it's definitely Allen copping a feel there. When that realization settles, though? He lets out a low chuckle, then slides his hips forward until they're pressed further against Allen's, biting his lower lip around a playful smile. He is absolutely, 100% fine with Allen keeping his hand there and for them to maybe kick it up a notch, and he punctuates it by dipping his head slightly to kiss him again, deeper and more enthusiastically this time.
This is much more comfortable than the shuttle, let's be real here.]
[There's a key difference between what he was doing now and how he reacted talking to Alex. Well two key differences, seeing how really didn't know Alex all that well while Clay he's been seeing for over a month now. But the main reason causing the difference in contrast was the amount of thought going on. Thinking about and communicating this stuff in words got him flustered. However right now? There was very little thinking involved- just enjoyment of how good it all feels.]
[Which before any of that good feeling could be muddled by Clay breaking the kiss? He feels Clay's hips slide against his until their pressing, getting a gasp out of him since damn- he hasn't felt that in a long time. It takes him a second to comprehend it, even on the basic level he's running on right now]
[But when he does? He'll match that playful smile of Clay's with a grin, right before he shifts his hips against him and continues feeling up that very fine ass. The kiss he'll follow along with as well, allowing it to go deeper and for Clay to have dominance of it.]
[It felt amazing. It's been a long time since he felt this too, and getting back into it with someone he really likes, someone he trusts, feels so, so good. He cups Allen's jaw in his hands as he takes control of the kiss for now, his hips rolling downward against Allen's, and he can't help letting a quiet noise escape within the kiss. His hands drift down, stroking the sides of his neck, and -
Well, at that point, it's way to be hot to be wearing a jacket. He pulls his hands back to start sliding it off, and though he tries to keep up the kiss, it's a bit awkward to be focusing on that and figuring out what a jacket even is at the same time. So Clay breaks the kiss, though he still keeps close, breathing a little heavier as he starts to slide the jacket off in earnest.]
Doing okay?
[Always best to check up on your partner and all. Once he's done asking, Clay's got the jacket off, and he'll just go ahead and toss it to the side without even caring where it ends up.]
[His own breathing was heavier when that kiss broke, having to take a second to catch his breath. Amazing was one way to describe it alright- he hadn't thought he'd be doing something like this again, much less with someone he liked as much as Clay. It was exhilarating.]
[Also? Yeah. Hot. Allen was with Clay there. When he sees that Clay's taking off his jacket, he'll start trying to follow suit and remove his own, though it's a little trickier when you're being sat on and your back is against a chair. Still, he'll do his best to try to wiggle out of it]
[He returns that smile as he strokes Allen's sides with his fingertips, though he is beginning to realize that he's having a bit of trouble taking off his own jacket. Solving that little problem doesn't take much thinking power; he slides out of the chair, fingers curling around Allen's belt loops, and pulls him along with him until he feels the table against the back of his legs.]
Thought we could - [He says it as he tilts his head to start kissing at the side of Allen's neck once it's exposed, then murmurs the rest against his skin.] Use a change of scenery...
[He shifts a little bit until he's sitting on the table instead, legs spread enough so that Allen can get between them if he wants, and starts to scrape his teeth lightly against his neck instead, getting a feel for it, seeing if he's okay with what he's doing now.]
[ He'll get pulled up by his belt loops, going along with it when he realizes what Clay's doing. Soon as he's standing, he finally shakes that jacket off his arms and drops it on the floor. With that out of the way, he'll move close to Clay again, moving as close as he can before he's against the other and the table. One hand rests on the table next to Clay's leg to keep himself from falling over, while the other (ungloved) hand moves to sit on Clay's thigh. ]
Good idea.
[His breath hitches when he feels those lips on his neck, and a little pleased noise comes out of him when there's teeth against sensitive skin. He can guess what Clay is testing the waters for and he lifts his hand from the table so he can loosen the tie around his neck to give him more room to work with. Who cares, he always had a bit of a weakness for that and he could always cover it up later.]

He pulls away from the pillow after that, wiping at his eyes and then massaging his cheeks.]
Oh my stars... [His voice sounds high-pitched, even. This is the best day ever.]

[But oh hey, that's great news Ino!] Really? With who?

Cass. No idea if it'll work out or not, but that's up to her.

Mm-hmm, no problem.
[ She waves a hand, moving for the door. It's her room, but she doesn't seem to have a problem with leaving them in there to use it ... ]
Well, feel free to get back to ... Whatever you were doing. I'm gonna go check on the plants.
[ "whatever you were doing" ......... The way she says it implies she probably made a good guess about what they were actually doing ]
