Really? No wonder she slept for so long!

[With that, Clay makes his way in proper. With the rooms being so small here, it doesn't take long at all to reach his bedside, where he plops the cookies in Apollo's lap before he himself sits on the edge of the bed.]

I made your favorite yesterday. I was kind of hoping the smell would wake you up.

Woah. [A surprised blink at the treat, picking it up to examine it as if it's evidence.] Are these real?? Or like, gel cookies. . .not that those wouldn't be fine, too!

--Though, ah, I don't think that actually works in real life, the smell thing, I mean. But the thought is appreciated. And now that I think of it, I am really hungry! [Which leads his mind to questioning how is he even alive. He hasn't eaten or drank anything for nearly a month THAT IS NOT NATURAL...but he opts not to voice that at the moment, instead, taking a small bite of a cookie. What is Apollo's favorite??. Probably something like oatmeal or macademia. MAYBE TOGETHER. Who knows.]

They're the real thing! Made from actual real ingredients and everything. Only the best for my best friend!

[Well, WHATEVER APOLLO'S FAVORITE IS, that's what he's got! Or at least something very similar to it, what with some of the unique varieties on the different planets they've been to. He lifts his leg to rest his foot against the bed, arm resting across his bent knee.]

Well, next I would've tried true love's first kiss, so good thing you woke up when you did!

[NEARLY CHOKES ON A COOKIE, thnx buddy. That gives Apollo just enough strength to bop Clay with his pillow.]

--Unfortunately lawyers and princesses work on different rules. True love's first student loan debt being paid off is way more romantic!

[DEBT BEFORE LOVE!!! Just one of dozens of reasons Apollo will never marry any time soon. He gives a light laugh.]

Did you really visit a lot, though? I hope it didn't mess up your schedule. I was fine!
